UCNEST is looking for Lettings Consultant to join our busy London office. You will be responsible for achieving the team's performance targets, which enables our company to meet the long-term objectives in an effective and professional manner. It is expected that the Lettings Consultant will always provide excellent customer service, progress each letting to completion and work a five-day week to include Saturdays and Sundays as standard.
•Managing the lettings process including advertising properties via both online and offline channels, managing shortlists and keeping customers informed
•Dealing with request via social media accounts, channels, and activities from Marketing Co-ordinator
•Proactively contacting potential tenants through a variety of means including text, telephone, letter and email
•Arranging property viewings with potential tenants including new property demonstrations
•Providing customer service throughout both online and offline application process, including form filling, payment collection, contract signing and check-in
•Achieving or exceeding individual targets and contribute positively to team targets
•Conducting regular property inspections to keep the properties and facilities in a good state of repair and maintenance including the tenant check-out process.

The candidate will initially be in charge of take full responsibility of all revenue recognition throughout the business.
